Important Notice: Customs Delays & Dry Ice Policy

Please be advised that significant customs delays are currently affecting shipments across ALL of EUROPE AND THE UNITED STATES, with particularly significant disruptions in the following countries:

  • Italy

  • Spain

  • Greece

  • Portugal

  • United States

These delays are outside of our control and may extend transit and clearance times.

Dry Ice & Refund Policy

Shipments containing dry ice are sent entirely at the sender’s own risk. Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Shipments where dry ice has depleted during transit

  • Samples that become damaged due to extended customs clearance

  • Situations where FedEx does not replenish dry ice (this service is not routinely provided)

We strongly recommend that all customers consider these risks before shipping temperature-senstive items.
