Please be advised that significant customs delays are currently affecting shipments across ALL of EUROPE AND THE UNITED STATES, with particularly significant disruptions in the following countries:

These delays are outside of our control and may extend transit and clearance times.
Dry Ice & Refund Policy
Shipments containing dry ice are sent entirely at the sender’s own risk. Refunds cannot be issued for:

Shipments where dry ice has depleted during transit

Samples that become damaged due to extended customs clearance

Situations where FedEx does not replenish dry ice (this service is not routinely provided)
We strongly recommend that all customers consider these risks before shipping temperature-senstive items.
